Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and rectify non-conforming products to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Safely and accurately load materials into machines.
• Collaborate with co-workers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with management to align on productivity objectives and address any challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols at all times.
• Participate in tasks related to product manufacturing, including material handling, quality control, and process improvement research.

General Skills and Qualifications
