You will load/unload, inspect to OMS standards, make offsets, maintain specs, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
• Highly detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations.
• Load/unload/inspect components to OMS using proper gaging equipment.
• Make offsets and adjustments as required.
• Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish components.
• Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention.
• Complete documentation as required or requested.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve processes, productivity, and quality.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5Ss.
