• Load/unload/inspect components to OMS using proper gauging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Make adjustments for changeovers.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs.
• Set up/operate 1 up/down workstations.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance.
• Inform team leader about processes or equipment needing attention.
• Complete rework and scrap documentation as required.
• Package service parts.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to processes, productivity and quality.
