Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting mechanical documents, drawings, and blueprints.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic machine troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machine operations with computer-controlled or mechanical equipment.
• Load, unload, and inspect components per OMS using proper gauging equipment.
• Make adjustments for changeovers.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs.
• Set up/Operate 1 up/down workstations.
• Perform monthly PM requirements.
• Inform team leader about processes or equipment needing attention.
• Complete rework and scrap documentation as required.
• Package service parts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to processes, productivity and quality.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 5Ss.
