Job summary

Milwaukee Tool – Jackson, MS is seeking a CNC Operator to produce machined parts by operating CNC and manual equipment. Duties include loading, inspecting with OMS, making offsets, and maintaining part specifications.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, document activities, and uphold safety and 5S practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires reading drawings/blueprints, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
• Highly detail oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations.
• Load/unload/inspect components using OMS and gauging equipment.
• Make offsets and adjustments as required.
• Independently maintain part specifications and replenish components.
• Inform supervisor about processes or equipment needing attention.
• Document activities as required and participate in CI projects.
• Adhere to safety requirements and practice 5Ss.
