Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and interpret tolerances and GD&T.
• Comfort with precision measurement tools and CMM reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, many with automation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports.
• Load materials, change tools, and make offsets.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Complete production and inspection documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
