• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into CNC programs and machine commands.
• Load raw materials and parts into machines.
• Perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Run full production cycles to fabricate high-volume parts.

CNC Operator (Mill) - 2nd Shift - Weekly Pay, $22-30/hr

Marathon is looking for immediate CNC Mill Operators to start ASAP!

Earn $22-30 per Hour | CNC Mill Operator - 2nd Shift

Due to rapid growth, Marathon is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator for 2nd shift. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with weekly pay and day-one benefits.

Training will take place on 1st shift, then you'll transition to 2nd shift once training is complete.
