FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Starting Wage: $23 - $25, depending on experience

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Location: Hamilton, OH, On-site

Responsibilities

As an operator, you will:

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate machines such as surface grinders, EDMs, and Mills according to strict tolerances.
• Examine and measure completed units, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to specifications; adjust machine controls to resolve production errors
• Exercise strong problem-solving ability for the inspection and repair of machinery
• Other duties as assigned
