The role requires a high school diploma, up to 6 months of machining experience, English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will read blueprints, document production data, and participate in problem solving.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience operating machining equipment producing simple to moderately complex components.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to details.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components from raw materials.
• Operate multiple simple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Use precision measuring and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify and replace dull tooling as required.
• Complete production documentation, data entry transactions, and barcode scanning activities accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in team activities and problem solving.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all Quality System requirements, FDA regulations, QSR requirements, and applicable domestic and international standards.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
