Job summary

Celerity Staffing is seeking a CNC Operator/Machinist for a heat treat facility in Oshkosh, WI. Starting pay is $24–$25/hour based on experience. Typical schedule is Mon-Thu, 5am–3pm or 6am–4pm.

Responsibilities include setting up and running mills and lathes, reading blueprints, GD&T, and ensuring first piece inspections meet quality standards. Training provided for those with setup limited experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with CNC machining and G-code adjustments.
• Comfort using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes.

About the Role
Our client, a heat treat facility, is hiring a CNC Operator/Machinist to set up and run mills and lathes. Mill and lathe experience is highly preferred. Setup experience is not required, and training is provided.
