Job summary

Crusoe Fabricators seeks a skilled CNC Machine Operator to oversee laser, punch, and panel bending processes. You will use drawings, standards, and programs to produce precise parts, ensuring safety and high-quality results. The role requires strong CNC knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and a proactive, collaborative work ethic.

Night shifts run Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Applicants must pass a background check and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow specifications.
• Committed to safety and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines; load materials and run programs.
• Interpret blueprints and inspect parts for quality.
• Maintain and replace tooling; perform daily equipment checks.
• Review work orders and verify materials and accuracy.
• Support other duties as needed for production goals.
