Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Press Brake Operator to bend, shape and cut sheet metal for tooling and components. The role requires safe operation and interpretation of product plans, with nightly shifts available on the Night Shift: Mon – Thur, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, at our Arvada, CO site.

You will set up, adjust, and operate the press brake, manage material flow, inspect parts for quality, and maintain equipment while supporting a collaborative, high-performance team focused on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn press brake controls safely.
• Read and interpret product plans and drawings.
• Must be detail-oriented and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates a press brake to manufacture tools and components from sheet metal.
• Prepares and adjusts the press brake per product plans.
• Ensures material availability and alignment for production.
• Inspects finished parts for conformance to specs.
• Performs routine maintenance and keeps a clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
