Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to oversee the daily operation of Laser, Punch, and panel bender machinery at Crusoe Fabricators in Tulsa. You will use work orders, drawings, and programs to produce high-quality components with safety and accuracy in mind.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and can lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including equity and time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
• Ability to read technical manuals/blueprints/drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours or more.
• Must be detail-oriented and a team player; safety-focused.
• Background check required; safety-sensitive position; drug/alcohol program participation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Laser, Punch, and panel bender machines per work orders and drawings.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and manage tooling inventory.
• Adhere to safety procedures and certifications; maintain a safe work environment.
• Review programs and orders for accuracy and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
