Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some technical CNC training or experience required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with increasing independence and technical capability.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments.
• Produce parts with greater complexity and tighter tolerances.
• Interpret part drawings and work instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Assist in training entry-level operators and share best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.
