Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to load, machine, inspect, and deburr parts in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances and contribute to a low scrap rate while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CNC experience, strong measurement skills, and good verbal communication. The role emphasizes accuracy, productivity, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working with controls and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with routine supervision.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances between ±.0003”-.005” or greater.
• Loads, unloads, and inspects parts being machined while maintaining published PPH.
