Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator II to run manual and CNC machines, set up tooling, verify parts, and ensure quality in a fast-paced shop.

You will load programs, read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment while meeting production deadlines.

Onsite role in Indiana with standard M-F schedule; expect physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CNC operator experience preferred.
• Proficient in machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments.
• Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce production parts and assemblies.
• Operate manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes.
• Set up CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials; verify settings.
