Kimball International in Jasper, IN is seeking a Machine Operator to machine components for several manufacturing operations. You will operate machines and power equipment, set up CNC machines when needed, and run materials through for quality.

This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented team member who can learn quickly, work independently, and participate in continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality policies.

• Knowledge of CNC machines or prior machine operator experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines and power equipment according to specific instructions.
• Manually set up each machine or pull up the computer program for CNC equipment.
• Run material through machines, check for accuracy and quality.
• Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Ensure correct materials are used for each product component.
• Identify and use correct tooling for each operation.
• Support 5S in the area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support Quality and Safety Policies and company guiding principles.
