Job summary

Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is seeking a CNC Operator to learn machine operation, load/unload parts, and meet daily production goals at our Warren, PA facility. You will inspect parts using calipers and micrometers, report downtime, and follow quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing setups per SPS, and executing daily startup checks. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn machine operation to run parts and meet daily production goals.
• Inspect parts for required dimensions per inspection sheet.
• Record production and downtime; report discrepancies.
• Operate calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges for inspection.
• Follow SPS standards and safety protocols.
