Job summary

Burton Mill Solutions, a division of Wood Technologies International, is hiring a CNC Operator I for the Fountain Inn, SC facility. You will program, set up, and operate two horizontal CNC machines to produce high-precision blades and saws. Emphasis on quality, safety, and lean practices to meet customer demands.

The role requires basic math, reading blueprints, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Program and load/unload CNC lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Set up machines with correct programs and fixturing.
• Identify machine faults and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks and document SPC data.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with safety training.
