Job summary

Burton Mill Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator I for 1st shift in Fountain Inn, SC. You will program and operate CNC lathes and grinders to produce high-precision blades and saws, following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include setup, basic programming, tool changes, and SPC documentation, with opportunities for overtime. Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand through shift; HS diploma required and English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and SPCs.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload steel and operate two Horizontal CNC machines in a cell.
• Perform basic programming and set up with appropriate programs/fixturing.
• Identify machine faults and troubleshoot where possible.
• Conduct quality checks and document SPCs for assignments.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with PPE requirements.
• Cross-train to other positions and support Lean and Safety initiatives.
