Job summary

Global Thermoforming Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC trim equipment to produce high-quality thermoformed plastic parts.

You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, calibrate machines, adjust tooling, and inspect finished parts to meet tight tolerances. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to own quality and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operating and setup experience.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with CNC software, computer controls, and basic computer applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues.
• Experience using hand tools and industrial equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC trim machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and part specifications.
• Use CNC software and computer controls to operate and adjust machines.
• Perform machine calibrations, setup, and adjustments to ensure accurate production.
• Select and install the proper tooling and accessories.
• Set tolerances, cutting speeds, and machine parameters.
• Perform test runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint and quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and machine records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Consistently meet quality and production standards.
