Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming and related manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tooling, molds, and finished parts as required.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and part specifications.
• Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Identify defects or production issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet established quality and production standards.
