Job summary

Precise Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Operator in Yorba Linda, CA to set up and run precision CNC machines on a two-shift schedule after training. Current shift is 2:30pm–11:00pm; training shifts 6:00am–2:30pm for 1–2 months.

You will read blueprints, set tooling, monitor tolerances, perform basic troubleshooting, and document inspections to ensure parts meet tight specifications. Training drives familiarity with equipment, processes, and quality requirements while supporting

Qualifications

• 1+ years CNC operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and materials.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machinery for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain part quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to verify specs.
• Document work orders and inspection records.
