Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for a 2nd shift in Garden Grove, CA. The role focuses on aerospace and precision machining, requiring multi‑axis milling experience and strong setup and programming skills.

The position offers long‑term stability, on‑site work, and company paid medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with mill operations and multi‑axis milling.
• Familiarity with three, four and five axis machining.
• Assist with equipment setup and initial part verification.
• Develop and modify CNC programs to support diverse processes.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to standardize tooling and methods.
• Maintain organized program files, digital models, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and program adjustments.
• Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods.
• Maintain control of program files, digital models, and related records per procedures.
• Support advanced machining activities as required in a modern manufacturing environment.
