Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds and setup processes.
• Basic G-code or CNC programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC 4- and 5-axis grinding machines.
• Load and unload parts and monitor machine performance.
• Perform quality inspections with precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or tooling as needed.
• Maintain tooling/equipment for optimal performance.
• Document production data and report quality or safety concerns.
