Job summary

Trinity Tool & Precision Machining, LLC in Sauk Centre, MN is seeking a versatile shop professional for a 2nd shift role (Mon–Thu, 2:30pm–1:00am) with a 15% shift differential. We hire for character, train for skill, and promote from within in a safe, organized, climate-controlled shop.

You will load/unload material for Robots/CNC machines, monitor product conformity, perform basic maintenance, and assist with assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be 18+ to operate a CNC machine.
• Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more.
• Willing to learn Trinity Tool systems (Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material for Robots/CNC machines.
• Collect data and monitor product conformity.
• Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details).
• Identify product (in-process, non-conforming).
• Basic machine maintenance.
• Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring.
• Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers.

• 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
• Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers

What we're looking for

Pay & benefits

• $20-$25/hr +15% Shift Differential
