Job summary

Cristek is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to independently set up, run, and monitor CNC lathes producing precision components per engineering drawings and GD&T. You will edit programs, establish offsets, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot machining issues to sustain quality and productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years of related CNC machining experience, strong English communication, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of CNC lathe setup and operation.
• Working knowledge of G-code, M-code, CNC controls, tool offsets, and wear adjustments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, setup documentation, and machining specifications.
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operates, and monitors CNC lathes to produce precision components per drawings and GD&T.
• Load, edit, and verify CNC programs; establish offsets and perform inspections.
• Troubleshoot tool wear, chatter, and surface finish issues; adjust tooling and parameters as needed.
• Maintain production records and communicate machining conditions to team.
