Position: CNC Operator
Assignment Type: Temporary
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + $1.50 shift premium
Interview Required: Manager Review & Interview (Offer Extended After Interview)
The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, and other machining processes
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Load raw materials and components into machines
Perform test runs and adjust machine settings to meet specifications
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools
Maintain accurate production records, job logs, and documentation
Conduct routine machine maintenance and daily equipment checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support production workflow and team operations as needed
High School Diploma or GED
Previous CNC machine operating experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers
Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

$19.00 to $21.50 per hour
