Job summary

Novo Precision LLC, located in Bristol, CT, is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd shift. The role starts machines, loads material, and checks first-run pieces against specifications in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will read blueprints, operate CNC millers and lathes, and use measuring equipment while keeping a safe, organized workspace. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year CNC experience.

Responsibilities

• Start machine, observe operation and verify conformance of first-run and sample work pieces to product specifications.
• Load material into machines and check parts.
• Operate CNC millers, lathes and saws.
• Read and understand measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is safe to operate.
• Perform duties per established safety and quality procedures.
