Novo Precision LLC in Bristol, CT is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Technical Programmer to develop, optimize, and support CNC programs for precision components. The role requires strong CNC Swiss programming and machining knowledge, with a emphasis on Tsugami machines, CAD/CAM software, and close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production to meet high quality and efficiency targets.

This position will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs and manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality precision components.The ideal candidate will have strong CNC Swiss programming and machining knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production.
