Novo Precision is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for the Bristol, CT facility on the 3rd shift. The role involves setting up, programming, operating, and troubleshooting wire forming machines, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wire forming machines during production.
• Set up, program, and adjust machines as needed.
• Identify defects and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Pack finished products and keep the work area clean.
