NOVO PRECISION Bristol, CT is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to set up, program, operate, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on wire forming machines during production.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided.

Position Summary:

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a long history of taking ownership of setting up, programming, operating, modifying, troubleshooting and making minor repairs on wire forming machines during production.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process
• Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Pack finished product and store them in designated areas
• Clean work station at the end of every shift
