Job summary

Metko Inc. is seeking full-time CNC Machine Operators to join second and third shift teams at our New Holstein facility.

The role focuses on operating CNC laser and press brake equipment, setting up jobs from work orders, and producing quality metal parts to tight specifications. Ideal candidates have experience with CNC machinery or similar production equipment, strong measurement skills, and a collaborative, safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery or production equipment.
• Able to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Able to use measuring tools and math basics.
• Comfortable in a team-based production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser and/or press brake machinery.
• Set up equipment and prepare jobs.
• Produce quality metal-fabricated parts.
• Conduct basic quality inspections.
• Read work orders and drawings.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate to meet customer quality & delivery.
