Job summary

Metko in New Holstein, WI, is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to join the third-shift team. You will operate CNC laser and/or press brake machinery, set up jobs, and produce quality metal parts from blueprints and production specs.

The role includes training on the first or second shift before moving to the regular third shift, with Sunday evening through Friday morning hours. Prior CNC experience is preferred, but motivated applicants with mechanical aptitude will be considered.

We are looking for a full-time CNC Machine Operator to join our third-shift team in New Holstein. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC operator - or for a mechanically inclined manufacturing professional who is ready to learn CNC laser and press brake equipment.

Third-Shift Schedule

Regular Schedule: Sunday evening through Friday morning, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Initial training may temporarily take place on first or second shift before transitioning to the regular third-shift schedule.

First Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Previous CNC machine-operation experience is preferred, but it is not required. We also welcome applicants with experience operating other types of manufacturing machinery who have the mechanical ability and desire to learn Metko's equipment.

Sheet-metal experience and blueprint-reading experience are helpful, but both can be developed on the job.
