Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience as CNC Machine Operator or closely related manufacturing operator experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts at CNC equipment (operator role; no setups).
• Deburr and break edges to spec.
• Perform visual inspection and basic checks to confirm parts meet requirements.
• Package parts for shipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Other duties as delegated by the Shop Manager.
