Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Stanchfield, MN team. You will set up, operate, and monitor metalworking machinery to produce quality components in a fast-paced setting.

Hourly pay is $20.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule (1:30 pm–10:00 pm), weekly pay, and an evaluation-to-hire path. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, disability, and life insurance; referral bonuses are also available.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in metal casting and finishing operations.
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
