Job summary

Experience with Mazatrol is strongly preferred. You will read engineering drawings, load tooling, adjust offsets, monitor quality, and keep accurate production records while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes including QT, Nexus, Integrex, or similar.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Load materials, install tooling, set offsets, and prepare machines for production.
• Make program adjustments using Mazatrol or G-code.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other tools.
• Monitor machine operations to meet quality and dimensional specs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Maintain production records and job documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.

Schedule: Monday-ThursdayHours: 6am-4:30pm

Pay: $20-$26 Hourly (Depends on Experience)

Candidate will have hands-on, tech school or CNC machining experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls is strongly preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes, including QT, Nexus, Integrex, or similar machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Load materials, install tooling, set offsets, and prepare machines for production.
