Job summary

Concept Machining is seeking a reliable production operator in Michigan to operate CNC and manual machines, read blueprints, and adhere to quality standards. This role requires standing 8–10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds while maintaining accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out production and machine operation duties.
• Inspect production per Inspection Data Sheets.
• Accurately complete production documentation.
• Effectively monitor production equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance for assigned equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
• Assist CNC lead as necessary.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Primary:

• Carry out production and machine operation duties
• Inspect production as listed on Inspection Data Sheets
• Accurately complete all necessary production documentation
• Effectively monitor production equipment
• Perform daily maintenance plan for equipment assigned
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Follow all Concept Machining policies and procedures.
• Work with fellow employees in a respectful, calm, and team-oriented manner.

Secondary:

• Assist CNC lead as necessary
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager, Operations Manager or Area Leader.
