Job summary

Concept Metal Machining LLC is seeking a CNC machinist to set up and operate machines, read blueprints, and ensure quality through first piece checks.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read blueprints, lift 40 pounds, and stand 8–10 hours. Mazatrol knowledge is a plus. Benefits include 401(k), matching, health and dental insurance, PTO, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out machine set up and machine operation duties.
• Perform first piece check as listed on Inspection Data Sheets.
• Accurately complete production documentation.
• Monitor production equipment and perform daily maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
• Assist CNC lead as necessary.

Prerequisites /Qualifications

Able to mount, align and dial-in fixtures, chuck jaws, and raw material stock.

Knowledge of Mazatrol programming a plus.

Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to accurately read blueprints. Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds and stand for an 8-10-hour work shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary

• Carry out machine set up and machine operation duties
• Make first piece check as listed on Inspection Data Sheets
• Accurately complete all necessary production documentation
• Effectively monitor production equipment
• Perform daily maintenance plan for equipment assignedMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Follow all Concept Machining policies and procedures.
• Work with fellow employees in a respectful, calm, and team-oriented manner.

Secondary

• Assist CNC lead as necessary
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager, Operations Manager or Area Leader.
