Job summary

Responsibilities

1. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
2. Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
3. Ensuring the CNC machines operate in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
4. Checking and maintaining machinery daily to ensure functionality.
5. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
6. Loading raw materials into the CNC machines.
7. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
8. Testing operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
9. Adhering to all safety and health regulations.
10. Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to optimize machine output and streamline processes.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
