Aventure Staffing is hiring a CNC Operator in Sheldon, IA to support production with precise machining and quality output. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures to meet daily targets.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Competitive hourly pay with DOE and benefits are offered, including paid holidays and PTO.

CNC Operator $20–$25/hr + DOE Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm & Friday | 6:00am–12:00pm

We are hiring immediately for a CNC Operator! This hands-on role supports efficient production operations and ensures high-quality manufacturing output. This position is critical to meeting organizational goals and requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on CNC machines
• Maintain clean equipment and a safe, organized work environment
• Follow all safety regulations and wear required safety gear
• Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Meet production goals, quotas, and deadlines
• Manage time efficiently to maximize performance and productivity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance tools such as hoists
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers
• Ability to take accurate measurements and inspect parts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
