Job summary

Jerpbak Bayless Machining in Solon, Ohio is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to run daily operations across production scheduling, machining, quality, and shipping. You will coach CNC programmers and machinists to build a high‑performing team focused on ultra-tight tolerances and on-time delivery.

7+ years leading manufacturing teams, preferably in CNC machining.
Experience delivering complex, tight-tolerance components.
Fluency in quality control, process improvement, and lean methodologies.
Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.

Responsibilities

Oversee production scheduling, machining, quality, and shipping.
Coach CNC programmers and machinists to high performance.
Ensure conformance to ultra-tight tolerances and stringent quality expectations.
Advance continuous improvement—streamline flow, cut waste, and boost OEE.
