Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC)—EPD division in Washington—seeks Multispindle and CNC Machinists to set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers for high-volume production. You will monitor tooling, ensure quality and safety, and perform housekeeping to maintain a clean work area.

Candidates should have 1–5 years of CNC lathe setup/operation experience, be able to read M and G codes, and understand micrometers, calipers, Sunnen/ Bore gauges. Overtime and shift options provided.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years min experience with CNC lathe setup and operation in high-volume production.
• Ability to read and interpret CNC programs including M and G codes.
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Index Multispindle, Mori Cell, Okuma, or Hone machines.
• Monitor and remove metal chips; maintain clean workspace (6S).
• Monitor tool condition and report any anomalies to supervisor.
• Ensure proper cutting conditions and tool accuracy; read blueprints.
