Job summary

Manar, Inc. is seeking a Tool Maker to perform preventative maintenance and repair molds and fixtures, and support tool room operations. You will work with 2D/3D mold files and CNC machines as required.

Responsibilities include repairing molds, reading blueprints, operating a Bridgeport mill, manual lathe, and surface grinder, and using CAD/CAM software to convert designs into blueprints. A safe, organized workspace and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Mold building and machining experience required.
• CNC operating and programming experience preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD files.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Repair molds and build fixtures as needed.
• Inspect molds for defects affecting function.
• Operate Bridgeport mill, manual lathe and surface grinder.
• Use CAD/CAM to turn designs into blueprints.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow safety and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
