Job summary

Manar, Inc. is seeking a Tool Maker to join our 1st shift team. You will perform preventative maintenance and repair molds and fixtures, read blueprints, and operate CNC equipment as needed.

The role emphasizes CAD/CAM work, safe shop practices, and collaboration across the tool room. Competence with Bridgeport mill, lathe, and grinder is expected, along with a commitment to quality. We offer growth and a stable, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Mold building and machining experience required.
• CNC operating and programming experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of an apprentice program or experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Repair molds as needed, repair or build jigs and fixtures as required.
• Inspects completed molds for signs of imperfection or damage that may affect the molds functionality.
• Read and understand blueprints and CAD files.
• Operate a Bridgeport mill, manual lathe, and surface grinder.
• Uses CAD/CAM software to create designs and/or turn designs into blueprints as required.
• Keep all shop machinery clean, maintained and in proper working order.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
