Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with mold-making tools such as lathes, mills, grinders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one on hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mold-making tools (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds for longevity and performance.
• Troubleshoot mold and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints to ensure accurate mold production.
• Use a forklift to transport heavy materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of mold-making processes.
