Job summary

ActiveSoft, Inc seeks a CNC Programmer / Millwork Engineer to translate architectural drawings into precise shop drawings, engineered components, and CNC programs. You will work closely with fabricators to guide projects from initial detailing through production, ensuring high fidelity to design intent.

The role requires experience in commercial architectural millwork or cabinet engineering, drafting, and CNC programming, with strong drawing interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial architectural millwork or cabinet engineering, drafting, and/or CNC programming.
• Understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and communicate technical details clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• AutoCAD and Microvellum experience preferred. Microvellum training is available for a qualified candidate who needs software-specific instruction.
