Qualified Staffing in the Lapeer area is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators for a high-precision, high-volume automotive parts facility. 1st and 2nd shifts available; overtime required most weeks, including Saturdays. Pay starts at $15-18 per hour and depends on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal parts.
• Read blueprints and diagrams; position and secure machinery accordingly.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and timing.
• Measure finished parts with precision instruments.
• Mount and align workpieces on machines using hand tools; ensure quality.
