Umbra Cuscinetti in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to manufacture high-precision aerospace components. You will run 3- to 5-axis mills under supervision, monitor cycles for quality, and validate parts with micrometers and calipers.

On-the-job training is provided while you follow blueprints and production schedules. The role requires 3+ years of CNC Mill experience, meticulous attention to decimal accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Mills.
• Aerospace background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Impeccable accuracy with decimal placement.
• Proven record of running defect-free parts to production standards.
• Basic computer knowledge with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong teamwork mindset and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Run 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling centers on a daily basis.
• Monitor equipment during cycles to detect out-of-tolerance parts.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and precision instruments for part validation.
• Inspect parts as they come off the machine.
• Execute deburring tasks and follow production schedules.
• Study and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Learn to recognize machining issues and troubleshoot with assistance.
• Meet operational standards defined by routing and set-up sheets.
