Top Echelon LLC, recruiting on behalf of an aerospace manufacturing client, seeks an experienced CNC Milling Operator to produce precision aerospace components on 3/4/5-axis mills. You will read blueprints, inspect parts, and maintain tight tolerances in a clean, safety-focused shop.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC milling experience, aerospace familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Day or Night shifts available, with standard manufacturing environment safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years CNC milling operator experience.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience operating vertical, horizontal mills and 3/4/5 axis centers.
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments: micrometers, swing gauges, calipers.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, independent, or team-based work capability.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
  • Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.
  • Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling machines.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and quality procedures.

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued aerospace manufacturing clients for an experienced CNC Milling Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with precision machining experience who are looking to join a stable, high-quality manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling equipment, performing quality inspections, and producing precision-machined components while meeting strict aerospace standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.

  • Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.

  • Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

  • Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Schedule
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
